Finatrade Group is diversified group of companies engaged in pasta & juice manufacturing, rice & sugar trading, construction and logistics services etc. etc. It is involved in import & export of different commodities. • Developing and implementing strategies on cost effectiveness in direct costs and MOH, including productivity initiatives. • Develop strategies for improvements on cost effectiveness, on usage variance, labour efficiencies and manufacturing overhead to boost profitability. • Support finance and ops capabilities in effective utilization of Business Intelligence reporting tool to improve $/Kg in order to meet NOPBT. • As "Process Owner" for "ERP Product Cost Closing", support in development and improvement of ERP material management (MM), financial information (FI) and controlling (CO) modules in accordance with users’ needs. • AP management in reviewing and compliance of supplier contract • Ensure building awareness in production and ops team to minimize routine & non-routine risks. • Monitoring monthly physical count of inventories and costing related KPIs e.g. cost per Kg v/s plan v/s and manufacturing variances. • Assisting planning team in setting material consumption standards and hourly conversion cost rate. • Monitoring proper inventorization of price & usage variance and over/under absorption. • Managing monthly inventory reserves for raw & packing, finished goods and spares for slow moving, expired, obsolete & strategic parts, etc. • Responsible to ensure all company assets are adequately safeguarded by complete and up to date insurance policies. • Product costing, breakeven analysis and pricing decisions, • Preparing variance analysis and monitoring the exceptions, • Preparing sensitivity analysis based on the prices, quantity and yield variances, • Monitoring production yield, managing distribution channels, • Dealing imports and making purchasing decision, • Manage the FMCG distribution division having hundreds SKU and customers
